I am a trans woman, and I take this every night before bed. It usually kicks in when I'm laying in bed before falling asleep.

T+ 0:45 - "oh jeez I can feel it". Putting hands on my body feels very nice. Erotic. Kinda like a shiver down the spine but just warm radiating waves through the body, especially near the touch.
T+ 1:00 - "fuck dude, heavy". Stood up and stumble a few steps, nothing extreme, as I've learned to control it somewhat, but I probably couldn't pass a "walk the line" sobriety test. Visually, eyes take more effort than usual to focus on an object. No real distortions, but looks slightly "drunk".
1-2 hours after I start to feel it, it's over.
