"Lithium, which is “antimanic,” has been shown to have some important effects that are just the opposite of ketamine effects (which can be seen as “promanic”). Thus lithium activates N-P receptors."[1]
Interactions
Lithium can be dangerous to combine with entheogens like psilocybin[2], and at least one death have been reported to be triggered by the combination of LSD and lithium.[3]
