This page is incorrect in attributing the molecule to the Nichols lab. If you check the Monte et al 93 paper, you will see they made 5-APDB and 6-APDB. The first literature mention I know of is the Eli Lilly patent by Karen Briner et al https://patents.google.com/patent/US7045545B1/en

Also, would be useful to highlight that this molecule is a potent 5-HT2B agonist and is predicted to be even more cardiotoxic than MDMA or 5-MAPB.
