Microdosing

Microdosing (also known as Psychedelic Microdosing) is the practice of using sub-threshold doses of a psychedelic drug in order to improve working conditions, to help treat symptoms of a psychological disorder such as; clinical depression & adult ADD/ADHD (aka self-medicating,) to boost creativity, abstract thought & problem solving, as well as potentially increasing spiritual awareness. However, at this time there is no scientific evidence to support these claims.

While it is possible to microdose with any psychedelic substance, the practice is most commonly done with LSD-25, but people often microdose with Psiocybin Mushrooms, or Research Chemicals (usually lysergamides including: ALD-52, 1P-LSD, AL-LAD, etc. due to their relative ease of access and similarity to LSD-25) as well.

Generally a microdose of LSD-25 is between 5-20 micrograms (10mcg, +/-2mcg, seems to be a sweet spot) and can be measured very accurately using volumetric dosing techniques. A microdose of Psilocybin Mushrooms is a bit harder to determine as every species as well as (and to a lesser extent) every batch will vary; so starting with no more than .25g is recommended.
