I replaced "At least on death..." to "In an unconfirmed anecdote". The Erowid citation has a caveat about this report as no dosage, no age or weight no mention of other substances involved. I believe I edited this three years ago, and someone repeatedly reverted it. I'm not going away until this information is confirmed.
