5-APB: Difference between revisions

5-APB is a triple [[reuptake inhibitor]](TRI) with K_i values of 180, 265 and 811 nM for [[norepinephrine]], [[dopamine]] and [[serotonin]] respectively, as well as being an [[agonist]] for the [[Serotonin#The_5-HT_system|5-HT_2A]] and [[Serotonin#The_5-HT_system|5-HT_2B]] [[receptor]]s (K_i of 14nM at 5-HT_2B). It has also been speculated from the structure activity relationship(SAR) that 5-APB is a monoamine releasing agent.<ref>https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/5-APB</ref>
