If you aren't using a soxhlet extractor then go ahead and drop all of your mushroom powder into a glass jar then add your measured out ethanol on top. Put the lid on and shake the jar like your life depends on it. After a couple of minutes shaking the jar place it somewhere dark and cool. Shake the jar 2 times a day for about a week. | |||
