This section of the index is dedicated to cataloguing and a providing a database of written personal experiences with [[hallucinogens]] and other [[psychoactive substances]]. It has been done in a manner which links each report back to its relevant [[Subjective effects index|subjective effect components]] so that these can be tracked, monitored and compared for eventual projects involving large scale statistical analysis.

The trip reports below are collected from a combination of user submissions and [[anonymous]] reports from the readers of [http://www.disregardeverythingisay.com/ Disregard Everything I Say].
