Holy Molly, that's roughly ¼ of the time after which brain death starts to occur. You're just ruining your lungs and getting hypoxia, which is NOT A HIGH, NOR A LEGIT WAY TO STRENGTHEN IT. I'd remove this section immediately if I could, but I need to figure out why I can't. | |||
