Spatial disorientation

Disorientation can be described as one's inability to orient themselves in 3-dimensional space. In this state, one can not distinguish up from down or front from behind. One might also perceive the world as being flipped sideways or upsidedown. This effect is also applicable to time, as well as to one's own body, on lower and higher dosages of a drug, respectively.
